Nicole Hawkins is a consultant, strategic advisor, and connector of people and purpose. She partners with organizations and individuals navigating growth, transition, or opportunity, and is known for designing bold, practical solutions that bridge gaps, strengthen partnerships, and advance priorities with purpose. She has collaborated with a wide range of organizations across the corporate, nonprofit, media, and sports sectors, including AARP, Panera Bread, Colon Cancer Alliance, NBC Sports Washington, the George Washington University School of Business, and the National Women’s Soccer League’s Washington Spirit.

 

At age 27, Nicole made history as the first Black woman to serve as Public Relations Director for an NBA franchise, the Washington Wizards. She held additional roles within Monumental Sports and Entertainment, including Director of Event and Venue Public Relations for Capital One Arena and Assistant Director of Public Relations for the WNBA’s Washington Mystics. She began her career in the Communications Department at the WNBA league office in New York City.
