Media Tour Helps COPT Showcase Office Tower’s New Look
To help Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT) showcase $6 million in upgrades to its 250 West Pratt Street office tower in downtown Baltimore, Maroon PR organized a media tour of the site on Wednesday, May 15.
250 West Pratt Street is an iconic office building along Baltimore’s skyline, offering incredible views, easy access to I-95, and an excellent location across the street from the Baltimore Convention Center and Oriole Park at Camden Yards. In addition to adding a beautiful landscaped urban plaza outside, COPT has greatly improved the tenant experience by modernizing the building’s lobby and welcoming a brand new Starbucks on the first floor. COPT has also added amenities including a new fitness center and conference room overlooking Pratt Street, and will look to add another streetfront restaurant in the coming months.
Leveraging its strong relationships with business publications in the Baltimore metro area, the Maroon PR team helped COPT show off the improvements it has made to the building to Baltimore’s two most influential business publications. Both the Baltimore Business Journal and The Daily Record attended the tour and later published stories about the work COPT has done. 250 West Pratt Street’s incredible views made The Daily Record’s front page the next day.
