Nicole’s reflection – a word that has significant meaning – STRENGTH.
Throughout the pandemic, not only did the entire MPR team come together and remain strong for our clients, but our clients showed tremendous strength and resilience when thrown this huge and unexpected curveball. I believe that during this time we were all able to truly discover our hidden strengths and use them for good.
What has been your favorite or most impactful client effort recently, and why?
My favorite client effort would have to be the overall work I’ve done with Big League Chew. I’ve had so many opportunities to get creative with the brand while also building relationships with a variety of influencers. I’ve had so much Bubble Gum Fun with this client and can’t wait to see what kind of Big League ideas we’ll come up with next!
My most impactful client effort would have to be with RMHCDC during their anniversary year! At the beginning of 2020, we kicked off the year with a “Wall Breaking” that signified the start of their DC House expansion, and come September, we were able to coordinate a socially distanced Ribbon Cutting! Working with the RMHCDC staff and families is always inspiring because they’re doing such incredible work for families that already have a lot on their plates. I’ve met some really great families that exhibit strength, resilience, and hope.
What have you learned in the past year as it relates to the PR industry, our agency, your personal growth?
There is always an opportunity for growth. You just have to be willing to search for it.
What have you learned FROM your clients?
Everyone’s a little bit weird, but that’s what makes working together more fun!
What is one thing you’ve learned from a MPR teammate?
Positivity is contagious!
And just for fun….
If you could have lunch with anyone past or present, who would it be, and why?
I would have lunch with Blake Shelton. Not only is he my all-time favorite country singer, but he’s hysterical, tells it like it is, and did I mention good-looking? (Sorry, not sorry Gwen).
What’s your PR super power?
“Master of the Pun.”
What’s one thing at your work space that you can’t live without?
Over the last few months, I’ve been attached to my gallon water jug – I may get made fun of, but I sure am hydrated!! I also ALWAYS have hand sanitizer at my desk – this was even before the pandemic. I’m a germ freak, so I’m always making sure that my surroundings are clean.
